Swoop always sent accurate communication &#8211; no question was left unanswered. &nbsp;I really can&#8217;t think of anything you may have neglected.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.swoop-patagonia.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/IMG_5682.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-198864\" src=\"https:\/\/www.swoop-patagonia.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/IMG_5682.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_5682\" width=\"4000\" height=\"3000\"><\/a>Probably the best part of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swoop-patagonia.com\/w-trek-torres-del-paine\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">our trek<\/a> was our trekking guide, Nicholas. &nbsp;He was a perfect fit for our group of 5 with superb social skills, direction, knowledge base and flexibility. It was a shame that the wildfire had wiped out a lot of the native beech trees on the hike but that certainly did not detract much from the amazing beauty of the Park! &nbsp;The highlight to me was the hike to the <strong>Towers<\/strong> and view there though the entire 5 day trek was awesome.\u201c<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><strong>Rick&#8217;s feedback<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Trip went like clockwork and as planned. Swoop\u2019s recommendations were spot on. Would definitely recommend Swoop and use them if I go back. Swoop&#8217;s local partners&nbsp;could have not been better or more helpful. There was plenty of reading material for each hike so you knew what to look for on the hike. Reaching the Mirador base at Las Torres and Lago de los Tres at Fitzroy were certainly the highlights. Incredible views.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><b>Ted &amp; Rick&#8217;s itinerary<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.swoop-patagonia.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/IMG_5741.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-198865\" src=\"https:\/\/www.swoop-patagonia.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/IMG_5741.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_5741\" width=\"4000\" height=\"3000\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.swoop-patagonia.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/IMG_5741.jpg 4000w, https:\/\/www.swoop-patagonia.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/IMG_5741-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.swoop-patagonia.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/IMG_5741-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.swoop-patagonia.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/IMG_5741-624x468.jpg 624w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 4000px) 100vw, 4000px\" \/><\/a>The group\u2019s trip began in <strong>Punta Arenas<\/strong>, where we arranged a transfer for them to<strong> Torres Del Paine National Park<\/strong>. Swoop&#8217;s partners in Torres del Paine&nbsp;then took Ted, Rick and their friends on a five day hike around the famous <strong>W circuit<\/strong> staying at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swoop-patagonia.com\/blog\/torres-del-paine-what-is-a-refugio\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">refugios<\/a> along the way. Of his time spent in the refugios, Ted said <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cFood was generally very good and better than expected &#8211; I personally was very satisfied. Our guide also carried probably 10 lbs of avocados on the trek and personally enhanced our lunches daily with them!
