What was your most memorable moment?
I think my most memorable moment was when I crossed the second suspension bridge and made it to the lookout of the glacier and Lago Grey. It was absolutely breathtaking and I can replay the first time I saw that view almost perfectly in my head.

Tell us about Torres del Paine
Torres del Paine is a gorgeous and beautiful park that I need to go back to soon. It is such untouched, natural land that I don't often get to see in America. Everything was well maintained and there were breathtaking views at least every half hour. Only tip I would recommend to travelers is to not trust distances given to you by the park as they often conflict with each other and aren't always accurate. Other than that, the park was almost perfect!
Tell us about the trekking
Trekking by myself wasn't nearly as bad as I had imagined. All trails were well-marked, the food we got served was delicious, and it was easy to make friends along the way. I'm not sure you would need a guide, other than for information about wildlife and the history of the park. I found it quite pleasant to walk around witih my own thoughts, disconnected from the world for a little bit.
