Creating your own adventure
We can put together an itinerary to fit any time frame or budget. Whether you've got some fixed plans and need help with the detail, or don't know where to start, here's how we can help:
We'll talk about your dream Patagonia moments, how much time you have and your budget
We'll discuss any places to go or things to do that you've already got in mind and maybe send you a few suggestions of our own
When you've decided what you want to see and do, we'll advise on the best order and travel routes, to make the most of your time
We'll plan international flights if you need us to, and all your internal transport and accommodation to create a seamless adventure
When you're happy with your trip and the cost, we'll book everything for you and provide a day-by-day itinerary
We'll be on hand to help before, during and after your trip with advice and support on anything from airport transfers to sock selection
Patagonia's possibilities for adventure are just about limitless, but that does mean that it can be hard to know where to start. Here are a few itineraries that we've put together for other customers and a few we just love the idea of. They're only here to inspire you, not constrain you. Whatever you want to do and wherever you want to go, we can make it happen.
What Our Customers Think
We are independent travelers and I'm used to booking everything myself, but when it came to Patagonia I got overwhelmed with all of the possibilities, so I would highly recommend Swoop to anyone!
Heidi January 2016
The service was impeccable. The team always responded in a timely manner to my questions/concerns and had good suggestions. The itinerary was totally the right one for me.
Katherine December 2016
We had the time of our lives and we really put very little effort into the research. We relied totally on you, and we were not let down. I can't thank you enough.
Claire & Richard February 2016
We could not believe how smoothly things went given the complexity of the trip. We were particularly amazed when, having been dropped in Puerto Montt at 7am without a soul around, a bus appeared from nowhere and we were all checked on for our trip to Bariloche!

Tailor-made Trips: FAQs
Patagonia isn’t your average destination. It’s vast and often difficult to navigate, so we help even the most seasoned of travellers. We’ll create your itinerary together, by listening to what you want to see and do and using our extensive knowledge and experience to present you with suitable options and maybe suggest a few things you’d never even thought of. You’ll still make all the decisions and your trip will be completely tailored to you, so it'll be just as if you’d pieced it together yourself, but much easier!
Not if you don’t want it to be. We can work with your budget to create an efficient route, minimising wasted time and money, but still getting you to those dream places and adding frills whenever you want them - like a few nights in a luxury lodge at the end of a camping trip.
We know Patagonia inside out, so we can happily start from scratch. We’ll talk about your ideas and dreams for your trip and take it from there. If you already have an itinerary in mind we can use that as a starting point, but we’re equally comfortable with - and excited by - a blank sheet of paper.
We’d love to, but we’ll be busy helping other people plan their Patagonian adventures! You’ll be in safe hands with our trusted partners, carefully chosen for their knowledge and experience. We’ll be on hand to help if you need us, 24 hours a day.
Of course. If you really want to arrange your trip yourself we can help you choose the right activity, tour or lodge and then put you directly in touch with them. We have a network of over 100 partners in Patagonia, handpicked for their expertise and experienced staff and guides, so whatever you’re looking for, we can help.
I helped a guy design a trip that had three possible spots where he could propose. He took the first one, on an ice hike I think. I was checking my emails on Christmas Day to see if she'd said yes.

Don't try to cram in too much - I met lots of people who booked a bunch of excursions. I was personally glad I did the W, plus just a few days hanging out in Puerto Natales and Punta Arenas. I didn't see everything, but I had a great, relaxing time.
We LOVED our cabin upgrade at Los Cuernos- totally worth the extra $.
