Overall, how was your trip?
Unforgettable, torres del paine the best area, riding into the park getting close to the wildlife, people friendly. Rolling over in bed in the Ship cabin in Aysen to get a face full of Kitten who had decided that it was a nice place to sleep

Incredible, not enough time will have to revisit

How was the service that Swoop provided?
Yes you do need a specialist to get the local knowledge Dittmar were great briefing great some miscommunication between partners and Swoop especially about the luggage that I had queried extensively prior to departing Did need to access Dittmars emergency no as mix up with a transfer but sorted and Dittmar is following up as to why it occurred I would only pack one excursion per day we ended up racing to get to the refugio Grey in time for the kayaking as the boat was slow in disembarking passengers so hike turned into forced march

How was your experience in Santiago and the surrounding area?
I did Santiago myself found an exceptional hotel that you may want to add to your list I rate it a 10! Matildas Hotel Boutique also in the Vicuna "Bed & Breakfast ElquiTerra" is fabulous
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
Do not pack too much into one day, spend days in one place to experience it all
