What Our Customers Think
You did an amazing job and we couldn't have asked for more! Thank you so much for your dedication to making our trip magical every step of the way. We will definitely recommend you.
Chris Houck United States Of America December 2019
Exceptional travel company. We had a very detailed itinerary, covering two countries in 24 Days. We did not have one problem and could never have planned this on our own. The accommodations, guides, transportation was spot on! Any and all concerns were treated promptly prior to our arrival to South America.

Having Swoop plan the trip was essential. We would not have been able to duplicate what they did for us with their knowledge of the area. The amount of time we stayed in each place was perfect. The trip was incredible and we are so grateful to the Swoop team for all they did.
Lucy Edwards United States Of America November 2019
We are independent travelers and I'm used to booking everything myself, but when it came to Patagonia I got overwhelmed with all of the possibilities, so I would highly recommend Swoop to anyone!
Heidi January 2016
Chile is one of the most beautiful countries in the world. The people are wonderful, friendly, warm.
Cristina Rodrigues Portugal October 2019
Swoop's service was great. Having a specialist made the planning so easy, and we found that the trip was very well designed for our family. The only thing I would have done differently, if it were possible, is to fly into Puerto Natales instead of Punta Arenas, greatly shortening the drive to Patagonia. But I understand that those flights are hard to come by.
Sally Keller United States Of America December 2018
We could not believe how smoothly things went given the complexity of the trip. We were particularly amazed when, having been dropped in Puerto Montt at 7am without a soul around, a bus appeared from nowhere and we were all checked on for our trip to Bariloche!
Lyndsay & John November 2015
Patagonia is vastly different in so many ways that I cannot simply pick one specific highlight. Take it all in and enjoy every last bit.
Melanie Klapstock Canada October 2019
The service was impeccable. The team always responded in a timely manner to my questions/concerns and had good suggestions. The itinerary was totally the right one for me.
Katherine December 2016
Our itinerary was excellent. All the guides gave us lots of information and the transfers were punctual and professional.
Esther Australia September 2017
We had the time of our lives and we really put very little effort into the research. We relied totally on you, and we were not let down. I can't thank you enough.

We know Patagonia. We have lived there, worked there, travelled there. Let us help you create your dream holiday. If you are visiting for the first time, we have 2-3 week itineraries focused on the iconic highlights. For others, especially those visiting for the second time, we’ve designed highly personalised itineraries to the most remote and off-the-beaten track corners of the region.

Tailor-made Trips: FAQs
Patagonia isn’t your average destination. It’s vast and often difficult to navigate, so we help even the most seasoned of travellers. We’ll create your itinerary together, by listening to what you want to see and do and using our extensive knowledge and experience to present you with suitable options and maybe suggest a few things you’d never even thought of. You’ll still make all the decisions and your trip will be completely tailored to you, so it'll be just as if you’d pieced it together yourself, but much easier!
Not if you don’t want it to be. We can work with your budget to create an efficient route, minimising wasted time and money, but still getting you to those dream places and adding frills whenever you want them - like a few nights in a luxury lodge at the end of a camping trip.
You can either choose an itinerary that you like the look of or, because we know Patagonia inside out, we can start from scratch. We’ll talk about your ideas and dreams for your trip and take it from there. If you already have an itinerary in mind we can use that as a starting point, but we’re equally comfortable with - and excited by - a blank sheet of paper.
We’d love to, but we’ll be busy helping other people plan their Patagonian adventures! You’ll be in safe hands with our trusted partners, carefully chosen for their knowledge and experience. We’ll be on hand to help if you need us, 24 hours a day.
Of course. If you really want to arrange your trip yourself we can help you choose the right activity, tour or lodge and then put you directly in touch with them. We have a network of over 100 partners in Patagonia, handpicked for their expertise and experienced staff and guides, so whatever you’re looking for, we can help.
