Overall, how was your trip?
Fantastic. I don't know if there was a 'highlight' but we loved the Singular-AMAZING place to stay, and waking up next to glaciers was really rad. We met some really interesting people there, only another American couple but I enjoy meeting new people so it was really interesting to connect with them, but overall I loved it.
In one sentence, what did you think of Patagonia? Did it live up to your expectations?

How was the service that Swoop provided?
They were great haha I mean, we had tons of questions and obviously concerns like any person going to a new country for the first time, but everyone was really patient and great with helping us. I would totally use you guys again, nothing disappointed. I felt really prepared to travel and was able to relax during the trip instead of worrying about our schedule and accommodations.

How was your Patagonian cruise?
The cruise was great-loved the Singular more but I did enjoy the cruise. There was a lot of downtime between seeing glaciers so if you had nothing to do (a book or whatever) you could get a little bored. The zodiacs were really fun and the people on the ship were all about safety and having fun which was great. The food was good, not as awesome as the Singular but I mean the bartender and I became real good friends so I would say that's a win.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
Definitely make sure you pack accordingly and set your expectations. It's not a sunny beach; it can get really windy-I mean REALLY windy. It can also be rainy, sunny, or snowing all on the same day. I would also recommend making sure if you're going to hike to make sure your hiking shoes are comfortable and waterproof. Mine were waterproof, but they were not as supportive as I would have liked. I definitely need some new ones now.

How was the Singular Hotel?
Amazing. Food and service was fantastic. Our room was so comfortable and the spa was GREAT (highly recommend). We did an excursion to Torres Del Paine which was so great. Our guide was really sweet and very good about showing us some great spots, stopping when we wanted to take more photos and explaining things to us. I definitely want to go back and do more hiking around there, that park is just fabulous.
