Overall, how was your trip?
The trip was great. The highlight of the Swoop portion was definitely Easter Island.

How was the service that Swoop provided?
The service was excellent. The itinerary was really good. We felt like we had the right amount of time at each place. The service before the trip was excellent and the information provided was very detailed and we didn’t have any questions. One small issue—the itinerary referenced things to do in Santiago. On this page it referenced a walktour of Santiago but I couldn’t find it on the linked page. I think it has been deleted from your website. Everything worked, the drivers showed up when they were supposed to, the hotels were ready for us, etc. I was disappointed when I requested a change. I heard back from Sally on my original email but then didn’t get the follow up as promised. However we worked it out ourselves.

Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
Go to the glacier in El Calafate even if you have been to Antarctica. We didn’t go there and were disappointed we didn’t see it.

I didn’t have any detailed questions. I was disappointed with Patagonia Camp, considering the cost. The expeditions didn’t seem very well run. It was very confusing as to the program for the next day. Some of the food was really good but some was not. The sandwiches for the lunches were terrible.
