Overall, how was your trip?

Overall fantastic. Highlight was probabaly Mt. Fitzroy but Base of the towers were great as was kayaking and the glaciers! All superb to be honest Landscapes were stunning - never get tired of seeing those. Plenty of wildlife too including seeing a guanaco give birth and an armadillo. The base camp in torres Del Paine was great and our guide Rodrigo was top notch

In one sentence, what did you think of Patagonia? Did it live up to your expectations?

Patagonia was amazing! Torres Del Paine was fantastic and Los Glacieres (especially Laguna Los Tres trail) was stunning, Some long days of hiking but totally worth it

Would you visit again?

Maybe

How was the service that Swoop provided?

Pleased with Swoop - helped with the timetable and dates especially but were also flexible with our other plans aswell. Would recommend Swoop as it's easy to piece together an itinerary in different locations.

How did you feel about booking directly with our partner(s)?

Chile Nativo for Torres Del Paine were fantastic - excellent local partner The kayaking company were also fantastic had gave us a wonderful day Don't know the name of the penguin encounter people - our guide was great but it was a very very long day as the ferrys take a while and it's then a long drive to the colony - in your description it says you catch a plane which would cut the day down massively but this wasn't the case

How was your W trek in Torres del Paine?

Our 3 days were superb - it's a great way to do Torres Del Paine in a short space of time. All great all highlights Our guide Rodrigo was fantastic from the briefing till the end and came up with a different plan when the wind caused the catamaran to be stopped from working. He was knowledgeable and always walked at a great pace for the group. The itinerary was perfect for us although that was due to it being changed due to winds - we did the base tower hike on the 2nd day which was ideal as we eased into Torres Del Paine in the first day by doing a number of shorter walks - I would recommend they do it this way round perhaps Only other thing - we booked the kayaking for the next day through you and that was with another company (fantastic) but we needed our National Park tickets - which our three day trek guide had taken with him (as he had them the whole time) so if anyone else bolts on another activity make sure they get their tickets!

How likely is it that you would recommend this trip to a friend? (where 0 = Not at all likely, 5 = Neutral, 10 = Extremely Likely)

Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?

The 3 day Torres Del Paine is great for those on a budget or lacking time - you do and see everything you would want and it's all made so easy. come with some base level of fitness as the walks can be tough - but so worth it! Be prepared for all weather as it can change quickly!

Anything else? Tell us anything you’d like to share that we forgot to ask! It’s ok to leave this empty too :-)

Penguin Excursion is a long long day for not a huge amount of penguin time especially if you end up on the ferrys which you should add to your website as a possibility - the plane version (which is what we thought we'd be doing) would be fine though
