How was the service that Swoop provided?
I didn't boom any of my trip with swoop. I contacted swoop at the start as I wanted someone to help organise my trip and join other groups, but while the first email response from Chloe was quick at the start, if didn't help any of my trip. It was if she didn't want my business or me to use swoop to organise my trip (she even tried to convince me to do it myself). I confirmrd that I was keen to use swoop, but weeks and weeks passed without response, or with asking me for the same info I had given in my very first email. In the end I ended up booking my trop independently without the help of swoop. About 2 week before I left, she sent me some ideas at last. It was too late and I had already contacted chilenativo directly. I think when swoop found out this, they tried to make it look as if the sale was referred by them to perhaps get a commission from chilenativo, but this is not the truth. Swoop didn't help me organise or book my trip in sny useful way, and i was very disappointed that they didn't seem to show interest in my business ( probably because I was a solo traveler so less profitable for them), but then tried to cash in on a commission from chilenativo that was nothing to do with them.

Best to go directly to providers as the delay to get a response from swoop were so long it was too late to book anything with them
