Overall, how was your trip?
My trip was amazing. The weather was exceptionally good with rain only 1 day. The mountains and granite peaks are unlike any other mountain region I have seen. There were some long days of hiking, but always balanced with a following less demanding day! We saw wanaco, little foxes, woodpeckers and various other birds. I really was hoping to see a puma but that is quite rare. The group we had was great. Everyone had wit and humor that make the hike all the more enjoyable.
In one sentence, what did you think of Patagonia? Did it live up to your expectations?
Exceeded expectations.
Would you visit again?
Yes
How was the service that Swoop provided?
Great. The reason I choose to go with Swoop was due to the fact that Tom called me on the phone. I have never had anyone actually call. Communication for these things is usually email so it was great to actually talk to someone who had done the trip and knew details to share and prepare me for the trip.
How did you feel about booking directly with our partner(s)?
Swoop partners with Chile Nativo for this trip. It was all very smooth and there were no issues with instructions or the trip.
How likely is it that you would recommend Swoop to a friend?

How was the Full Circuit in Torres del Paine?
The hike was amazing. The guides were great and very knowledgeable about the land, mountains, wildlife. We had Mauricio and Fernando-LOVED them both. The highlight for me was the day of the John Gardner Pass. It was my birthday and the "most demanding" day and it was wonderful!!!
How likely is it that you would recommend this trip to a friend? (where 0 = Not at all likely, 5 = Neutral, 10 = Extremely Likely)

Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
There are some long days of up and down hiking so it definitely pays to physically prepare so you can enjoy the trip. Be prepared to be AMAZED at the magnificent landscape.
