The hikes and overall beauty of Patagonia was definitely the highlight. But the hotel and people we met were a close second. Everyone working at the hotel, from the staff, to the bar tender and waiters to the guides, were all so accommodating and gracious. We really could not have asked for a better trip.

Patagonia was absolutely incredible and exceeded all our expectations by a mile.

Very pleased with Swoop. Did not have the first clue about Patagonia and they pointed us to exactly the trip we were looking for. We will definitely look to Swoop in the future.

Booking was super easy. No issues at all. In fact, we were put in the wrong room but Swoop and the hotel rectified the situation and we were credited with the balance within hours of notifying Swoop and the hotel.

All of the excursions were incredible. We did the Full Paine excursion with Connie the first day. It was a great way to see so so much in one day and Connie was the best. We even got to see Pumas (through binoculars but it still was a very cool experience). We then did the Base to the Towers hike with Roberto and Carolina. Both were amazing guides. This hike was both challenging and amazingly rewarding. On the third day we did the French Valley which we enjoyed very much. Rodigo was our guide and he had endless knowledge of Patagonia that was so fascinating. I would recommend every guide we had. The food and drinks at Hotel Las Torres were beyond our expectations. Federico and his brother, Maximiliano were so gracious at the bar. We spent most of our off time there because of the enjoyable environment and how infectious Federico is. We only ate at the restaurant once but it was spectacular. The lamb roast was also really fun to experience.

Prepare for any type of weather. And let Swoop take care of everything else. Honestly, we could not be more happy with our trip.
