Overall, how was your trip?
Amazing! Great season to visit Patagonia - all seasons in 1 day (spring, summer, fall, winter). The view was so picturesque. Guides were knowledgeable and amazing!

How was the service that Swoop provided?
Overall satisfied with Swoop. Communication with Chile Nativo had some bumps maybe due to cultural barriers? Things weren't communicated directly and in one email. Received several emails with "URGENT' requests, could've managed expectations better. Penguin tour didn't happen but didn't receive any notice
