Overall, how was your trip?

The cruise was the highlight of our extended trip. Loved the hikes, glaciers and Cape Horn. Plus accommodations were better than expecteded and everyone was so very helpful.

In one sentence, what did you think of Patagonia? Did it live up to your expectations?

Beautiful. It redefines what a cruise is, it’s a multi-adventure experience.

How was the service that Swoop provided?

Checking in was a major problem. The address we were given to check in does not exist. A very patient cab driver, with extra expense and considerable time, finally located a place to check in. When we got to the port for check in—and we were told not to go to the port—Australis told us they were never at the address swoop provided and they heard this conplaint before. While we were looking all over, we called your “24 hour emergency number” but no one answered. Accurate information is essential to foreign travel and you failed miserably at it. Very stressful beginning.
