Overall, how was your trip?

Magical. Everyone was friendly. Wish we'd visited more of it. We saw pumas.

In one sentence, what did you think of Patagonia? Did it live up to your expectations?

Beautiful

Would you visit again?

Yes

How was the service that Swoop provided?

Happy we used Swoop, lovely personalised trip. Would definitely use them again - although the request for feedback talks about us being home, but our holiday still continues.

How did you feel about booking directly with our partner(s)?

Worked well. Nice email handover from one to the other, but happy Swoop still kept in touch.

How was your experience in Torres del Paine?

The yurt with the hot tub was amazing, I'm so pleased we paid extra for it. Daily excursions were good, I didn't realise they were so far away though, and so the minibus travel to each one was a bit long. On the final day we opted to do the walks around the camp - these were nice. The maps they gave us weren't to scale at all though. Food was really good, but often very similar dishes. A couple of time there wasn't really an option I liked - they could have advertised a "simple alternative" to the main options (e.g. An omelette) for people who didn't like either option. I'm sure this was probably available if asked for, we just didn't ask. Guides were helpful and knowledgeable, and tailored trips to guests. Tipping was confusing, and seemed like a lot of money - would have liked further advice on that from Swoop before we went. The journey to Patagonia camp was excellent, they gave us a little snack and water half way along the journey. On the journey back however (the same length journey) there was no snack/water available - kind of felt like now we'd checked out our wonderful experience was finished.

How likely is it that you would recommend this trip to a friend? (where 0 = Not at all likely, 5 = Neutral, 10 = Extremely Likely)
