Overall, how was your trip?
Landscape was magnificent, meet some wonderful people that were on our trek and also in El Chalten. Was a bit surprised that there were so many people on some of the hikes we did, it got a bit crowded at times. Most magical moment was probably driving from El Calafate and seeing the Fitz Roy Peaks the first time
In one sentence, what did you think of Patagonia? Did it live up to your expectations?
Patagonia is more vast, dynamic, and majestic than I could have imagined.

How was the service that Swoop provided?
Very pleased with Swoop and would use them again.
How did you feel about booking directly with our partner(s)?
The partner Serac were great, Alejendro in the office was very professional and helpful. Our guide for the trek was also knowledgeable and helpful at every situation. Everyone we met at Serac was a help.

Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
Bring more socks than you think you need and a good rain cover. We encountered every kind of weather and were under-dressed for some the colder nights. We could have improved our wet weather gear.

We decided to cut our trip a few days short because of the weather conditions but even still we had a memorable experience. Next time we will be even more prepared with our gear.
