Overall, how was your trip?
Our trip was excellent. The highlight for Kate was kayaking down the Serrano river. For Rahul, the best thing was the hike to the base of the towers. The landscape was one-of-a-kind. On top of that, we hit the jackpot with our group, and everybody was a pleasure to be around.
In one sentence, what did you think of Patagonia? Did it live up to your expectations?
We LOVED Patagonia! It by far exceeded our expectations - everything from the hospitality to the natural beauty made this one of the best trips of our lives.

We are extremely satisfied with Natascha's advice. She helped us plan a trip that exceeded our expectations. Natascha went above and beyond a typical travel agent to help us customize the trip to meet our needs. We would absolutely recommend Swoop to friends and family.
How did you feel about booking directly with our partner(s)?
In Patagonia, we wouldn't have changed anything about the trip. However, in the Atacama desert, we would have rather booked directly with tour companies in town, because we ended up paying a lot more money for things we could have done more cheaply.
