Overall, how was your trip?
An unexpected highlight was the other hikers in my group. We had a wonderful time getting to know one another during our walks. The landscapes and wildlife were breathtaking. John Gardner Pass was probably my favorite day. This trip will be highly recommended to any family/friends interested in a wild, wonderful adventure
In one sentence, what did you think of Patagonia? Did it live up to your expectations?
Amazing. Yes. The scenery was breathtaking, Chile Nativo was wonderful, and our guides were "the best in the park", as stated by many guides we passed along the way. I feel extremely lucky to have the the experience I did. COuldn't have been possible without help from Swoop!

How was the service that Swoop provided?
The one thing that could be added is a diet restriction form that is then sent to the local guiding company. I mentioned to Swoop that I am (mostly) a vegetarian but didn't realize this information wasn't passed on to Chile Nativo. It was totally okay, because I am not a true vegetarian so I made do, but I could see this being an issue for someone that has more strict restrictions :) Other than that minor issue, Swoop was wonderful and I would use you all again for an adventure to another area of the world you service :)
How did you feel about booking directly with our partner(s)?
Chile Nativo was WONDERFUL. They even got wind that it was my birthday while on the trip and greeted me with a delicious bottle of wine and a sweet note at the end of the journey. Special touches like that go a long way.
