What was your most memorable moment?
Seeing, for the first time, the magnificence of the incredible horns and the partial view of the towers from the incredible view the Aurora hotel provides. That day, the water in front was clear and steady reflecting the mountains.

Please, correct the name of the hotel. It is Explora and not aurora as I mentioned before.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
It is already very well planned. Particularly impressive was the advice provided everyday by the personnel as to where to go depending of the difficulties the site presented. Similarly, the guides were excellent. Given the fact that everybody is there for a similar experience, the hotel does not impressed us as such but rather as a relaxed and very pleasant and constant exchange with "friends" .
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
It has clearly increased our appetite for more traveling to the South of Chile.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
We obtained from the Swoop team a constant source of useful information delivered in a very pleasant fashion.
How prepared and excited for Patagonia did you feel?
Reasonable well
