How can I answer this? The glaciers of Patagonia, Eco camp as a base for fantastic food, adventures and friends, the Ventus Australis for sophisticated exploration and great information ( as well as making new contacts), Puerta Varas for adventures and the best guides on the planet plus so much more.

We’re feeling very privileged to experience all we have. Totally mesmerising sights and adventures.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
Thanks so much to the Swoop team for organising a totally memorable experience with such a variety of pursuits, sights and experiences. I’m a little disappointed in how some of our experiences were disrupted by transfer problems. Although this does happen in travel, it is why I organised a Swoop to ensure smooth connections. It seemed that our itinerary wasn’t double checked and the welcome letters came AFTER we arrived so I needed to check them while on the tours! They really should’ve been sent prior to arrival. Communication days before we left Australia seemed lacking so when we flew into Buenos Aires we were a little bamboozled. I would recommend more contact in the few days before arrival, not initiated by the client. The other companies we have used check on us prior to arrival, send us messages and check on us constantly to see we are going ok. Swoop did not do this. Otherwise the experiences were extraordinary. Iain read us so we’ll and we thoroughly enjoyed the adventures, food and accommodation.
How prepared and excited for Patagonia did you feel?
Totally! Patagonia was a life changer. Totally worth the extremes.
