What was your most memorable moment?
The grandeur of the setting in Torres del Paine while staying at the Explora lodge is the scene that repeats in my mind when recalling our time in Patagonia.

Would say that one item we would have changed was the transfer from Explora to El Chalten. The driver took us seamlessly from Torres to the bus station in El Calafate, which was great - but then we watched bus after bus leave the station to head to El Chalten while we waited for our private transfer. Once the shared transfer arrived, we had to meander around El Calafate to pick up others and then to the airport for more passengers, then arrived in El Chalten very late and tired. We could have been there much earlier and more cost effectively if we had just taken one of the luxurious looking buses that went directly there.
How prepared and excited for Patagonia did you feel?
Very well prepared. The detailed itinerary and responsiveness of Swoop made us very comfortable and the reservations and transfers were all executed expertly.
