Were Swoop right to recommend Chile Nativo?

Yes

Something Else?

The wifi is hard too get. The biggest issue was i would get may contain peanut protein bars even though I said i had a peanut allergy. The peanut allergy wasnt well taken care off. I dont eat m&ms and I was given m&ms. Whoever recommended travel insurance - there was an issue with world nomads and my name being on the same page as all the medical descriptions. Why wait until the night before the trip for the pre trip breifing video? The wifi in the hotel wasnt good enough for the video. Why not send the QR code and bus address out earlier? And when I got to the park i did not realize I'd have to give a pass for the shuttle. Maybe i missed that in the video bc of the wifi issues. Luckily i found the shuttle pass in my chile nativo envelope.

Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?

Be careful with allergies. Covid is a pain in the ass. LEARN SPANISH. Don't rely on wifi. Know your credit card pin to use the totems.

Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?

Im an ignorant american who thought english was enough.

Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?

More options for people with allergies like peanuts. The chicken sandwich was good. And better communication when there is no wifi, if that's possible just incase they need help at thw airport with insurance or a pcr etc.

Was there anything else Swoop could have done for you to help you prepare for your trip?

Been more honest about wifi and the peanut allergy and send materials before the night before briefing.
