What was your most memorable moment?
So many moments of the trip were special and memorable, but one that stands out is getting to the first lookout in the French Valley and watching several avalanches send snow spilling down the glacier. The views were amazing despite mist and light rain. So worth the tough hike up.

Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
Your hiking boots and other footwear are one of your most important pieces of gear! Treat them as such. Rain gear is also essential but extra water bottles are not because there are always glacial rivers to refill your water.
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
It made me want to travel to more Spanish-speaking countries and do other hiking/trekking focused trips
