Tell us about the Fishing
Fishing guide was great. Very enjoyable day.
Tell us about Explora
Very well managed. First room was in back of hotel without the view- we expected that we would not have to be moved. Significant inconvenience. Guides and excursions were great. Particularly enjoyed the horseback riding and the barbecue.
Tell us about Chilean Lakes
Beautiful. Hotel Futangue was not as well managed as Explora, but everyone was very friendly. Also, we were surprised by how many young families and babies were there. We enjoy kids, but we probably should have been made aware as it was not a peaceful luxurious place.

Awesome experience and well managed park. Great hiking and beautiful boat rides.
Something Else?
A breakdown of costs would have been helpful in managing our expectations. On the whole , very well managed and the transportation all worked beautifully.
Was there anything else Swoop could have done for you to help you prepare for your trip?
As a late addition, I’m not sure why you didn’t provide more assistance with the airlines, but that would have made the trip much less stressful to organize.
