Tell us about the Excursions
Early season so fewer travelers. Newer guides so may not be as knowledgeable. Also fewer flowers. You can have very different experiences at each camp. But let travelers know they can minimize time in vehicles(if going to both) by telling guides at both camps what you are doing. They will help you get to experiences closer to each camp while you are there. You can hike independently more easily at Patagonia Camp. And they have a Yoga dome at Ecocamp!!!! 3 classes/day! Let folks know so they come prepared!

Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
Spent an extra day in Punta Arenas and really enjoyed the history of the area. Highly recommend Nao Victoria Site Museum-full size boat replicas of Darwin, Magellan, etc. regional Museum of Magallanes, Braun Menendez Palace was also remarkable! I almost overlooked Punta Arenas as an industrial city.
