Things should be better explained up front, IE. that swoop does not plan the in country flights. I feel that paying a premium for a travel agent, you should be better prepared to discuss all aspects of the trip before we are knee deep in it.
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
Yes, I now know that I do not need a travel agent to book a trip to South America. I see that the premium I paid to Swoop to plan this was un-needed and I could have likely booked better accommodations at reasonable prices myself.
