Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
Regarding horse riding, if you can't already ride it doesn't really matter. You need a good pair of hiking boots for any walking treks.

Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
You need to come up with a more specific packing list for each trip. We received a generic one and didn't need a lot of stuff on it, for example, walking boots for the riding. Specific footware for riding needs to be mentioned, ie either trainers or espadrilles. Cannot ride in walking boots like we were planning.
How prepared and excited for Patagonia did you feel?
Very excited and mostly prepared as we packed for all possibilities
