Tell us about Tierra Patagonia
All great except the bath towels needed to be bigger and the hot tub needed to be deeper, both of which we advised Nicholas, the Hotel Manager.

Choose places that dont require so much travel time between them.

See above. Do better on communication and rely less on automation and emails. A personal phone call would have worked wonders.
