Itinerary worked very well other than on 2 occasions. Driver from El Calafete to El Chalten set out with a known radiator problem and subsequently broke down resulting in a very long journey and complete farce. Nothing in terms of follow through from Swoop. Hotel Factoria booking was non existent and we were moved to another hotel. Nothing from Swoop in advance
