Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
We brought more "stuff" than needed (for example, water bottles, were provided by both the ship and Explora).

Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
No. You were very responsive to my questions all along the way.
How prepared and excited for Patagonia did you feel?
I could have learned a little bit more about the area and a little bit more Spanish (but that is on me, not Swoop). When the Puerto Natales flight was canceled, the solution was to take public transportation to Punto Arenas for a flight to Santiago. I needed and got some help buying the bus tickets from a lady what worked at the bus terminal. I am not sure I could have managed without her. Again - not a Swoop issue.
