The amazing remoteness, peacefulness of Estancia Cristina, the people and guides that we met throughout our trip and just the amazing landscapes and nature that Patagonia gives you! It leaves you wanting more!

Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
Recommendations for Swoop - some of the hotels were very average; how do you share clearer examples of what various price brackets offer with links to the hotels maybe? Feedback on team - having paid for the trip, communication and expectation management could have been better as we were told a few timings and then they were never met - it was hard to get hold of the team on occasions.
How prepared and excited for Patagonia did you feel?
Very - good info on website and team were great on calls to answer all our questions!
