What was your most memorable moment?

When the weather cleared up the second morning in Torres del Paine and I could enjoy all the views during the Scenic Tour, which I had to choose due to a twisted knee. But totally enjoyed that day!

Tell us about Patagonia Camp

Patagonia Camp was truly the highlight of the entire trip. The Yurts, the attention, service and friendliness of the staff and guides and all-around quality. To my friends, I would recommend to skip Atacama and spend more time at the camp. I’d also recommend to make an very advance request/ reservation for the horse back riding outing ( we couldn’t get in). You might want to stress that to future clients.

Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?

See above

Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?

Patagonia isn’t a remote destination anymore, but a major tourist attraction. Swoop should make clients aware that there are still pockets of quiet, but the major highlights are popular and, not crowded, but well frequented!

Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?

I was initially insecure about trusting Swoop with handling a pretty expensive agenda/ my money! So, maybe you all could invest in raising your profile as a creditworthy and trustworthy, experienced travel agency ( you deserve that!). I would have appreciated a bit more time by the initial planner/ trip designer to not just load us up with “travel Europe in 10 days” type catch all advice, but investigate more as to what the term “Patagonia” stands for re desired experience! I want to point out Isidora as a very attentive and reliable resource during the whole implementation and traveling phases! Thank you, Issi! as

How prepared and excited for Patagonia did you feel?

We are all living very busy lives, and this was a first time complex trip. Swoop/ you all were very helpful, and took loads of burden off our shoulders in making this trip possible for us as a family!
