What was your most memorable moment?
There were so many…. the lack of other people, noise pollution and sound pollution . We felt very privileged having access to many remote areas in a sensitive way. The sights, sounds, weather and flora were incredible.

Tell us about Patagonia Camp
Patagonia Camp was fabulous, the yurts were perfect, the hot tubs a welcome relief at the end of a day. All the staff went above and beyond. Gustavo and his team of guides were so knowledgeable and personable, the walks were amazing even the easy walks were incredibly interesting thanks to the guides. The special touches on the walks were a lovely addition.( I won’t give the secrets away). I would 100% recommend going there as part of your Patagonia trip and 3 days or more were better as sometimes you have adverse weather which could change your experience if you are only there two days.

An amazing area, full of history, geology nature and beauty.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
I would recommend using swoop as they were so on top of everything. Even notifying us of flight changes we had arranged that would have made our connection the the Adventure cruise difficult. Listen to the Swoop webinar really helpful information pre trip.
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
If doing another trip of this nature I would always use a specialist in the area. It made all the difference.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
The team were fantastic with all the planning calls etc advice on the trip and what would suit our objectives. Very knowledgeable. It would have been nice to have met someone from Swoop during our time there, however it all went like clockwork.
How prepared and excited for Patagonia did you feel?
Very excited, we weren’t sure how prepared we were before going but turns out it we were totally prepared thanks to Swoop.
