Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
Has made me more aware of the diverse fauna of Chile. Also exposed me to the culture and customs of the Magallanes region. I'll definitely be back to explore further.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
Payment via the wire process was extremely painful and not user-friendly. Maybe create an alternative way of funds transfer besides credit card and wire.
How prepared and excited for Patagonia did you feel?
I did feel some anxiety 2-3 days before I set out for the trip. It was mainly due to the language barrier concerns. Also would've been excellent if Swoop had provided some pointers on what to expect at Santiago Airport and Punta Arenas airport.
