Tell us about Patagonia Camp
Wow. Super. What else do I need to say.
Tell us about Buenos Aires
Hotel was in an old part of town. Walking around was safe and enjoyable. The Tango night was memorable except the dinner that was part of the activity was unsatisfactory. Actual Tango show was enjoyed.
Tell us about Los Glaciares
Great. Perrito glacier is a must. El Calafate not. Remind me of Niagara Falls —tourist trap

Patagonia Camp made it all worthwhile Transit to and from trailhead was too long.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
Spend minimum amount of time in El Calafate except for seeing Perrito Glacier. El Chaten was special. Guide Nico was great.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
Cecilia was great and responsive. With our little glitches in our travels (ie. changes in arrival times in Buenos Aires in our party) Cecilia recommended “oh well “second party arriving two hours after first party needs to take a taxi. Wrong response. Swoop needs to accommodate minor changes. Our Party delayed at airport until second party arrive with one transfer. Another glitch was transfer from El Chalten to El Calafate. Compact SUV did not accommodate luggage. Cecila response to us was we had too much luggage. I responded to Cecilia that we had the luggage upon arrival to Buenos Aires without being notified our luggage was overage and was within airlines baggage limitations without up charge We were able to proceed to El Calafate with luggage on our laps. I felt Cecilia responses in these situations were curt and made it feel like it was our fault. My comment in this section is only to make Cecilia more understanding for travelers who “ think they paid” alot of money for services. These comments are only to make Cecilia a better employee. I would without hesitation recommend Cecilia to our friends.

Very prepared from Swoop Webinars and our friends who had recently traveled to this region.
