Tell us about Los Glaciares
Athough the scenery was fabulous, this is a rather difficult hike on very rocky terain. Other travellers should be aware of the conditions.

Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
We LOVED our visit to Patagonia -- both the beauty of the landscape and friendliness of the people are memorable.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
Just a bit more attention to detail. We asked numerous times to make sure our 4 days planned by Swoop did not duplicate other parts of our Patagonia trip and we still had some duplication. Overall, though, we would recommend Swoop to others. When we had a potential problem with an excursion cancellation, Cecilia was very quick to respond and took care of the issue right away.
