A tie between the amazing view of the Torres from the Explora Hotel Gracier Grey hike, rounding the corner and seeing the grey glacier in the background!

Tell us about Explora
Excursions were limited in this shoulder season due to limited staff and high winds. Guides were wonderful. LOVED the equestrian options being directly through the hotel. Highly recommend jumping into the cold lake since Explora has outdoor hottubs!

Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
Prep some basic Spanish! There are a limited number of English speakers in Santiago. As such, a little language and staying at international chains/brands is helpful.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
Love the website and the responsiveness of the team. As someone who has never used a travel company before, I was very nervous that this was a scam (not a lot of reviews of Swoop on other websites). As such, I wish I would have received a confirmation email for my reservation directly from Explora as well.
