Tell us about Explora
Lodge is in the most spectacular location and enjoyed being so close to the good hikes & that view!!. Beautiful lodge & room. Excursions & guiding excellent. Food sadly very disappointing
Tell us about Tierra Patagonia
Excellent on all levels. Only minor niggle was quite long drives for the good hikes Note we were at Tierra Chiloe not Patagonia
Tell us about Torres del Paine
Amazing place - loved it. If you like hiking is an absolute must do. Not recommended if you don't love hiking

A minor point but when I booked Explora with you, I mentioned we were previous Explora customers & that usually gave us a discount. You advised that being Christmas they would not be able to offer this which was quite understandable but would give us a room upgrade. This did not happen. I mentioned it to reception on arrival & in my feedback on departure but it was never addressed or mentioned which I found odd & slightly disappointing
