Prepare for high winds. Make sure your backpack fits well.

Make the website more specific for each trip. it would mean making packing lists specific for the trip we are on but would be much easier. Include elevation gain in the hike distance and time estimates. have clients estimate their hiking pace so that if the pace of the group is very different a second guide can be added. this is both for safety and the experience of the hikers
