The scenery throughout the W trek was continually AH-MAZING! So awesome and awe-inspiring.

Tell us about Torres del Paine
Th refugios were great. The beds were comfortable, showers hot, food very good and plentiful.
Tell us about the Trekking
Our guides Lucille and Danny were A+++. They made the trek all that it was. They kept us encouraged and hiking at a good pace. They made sure we were well fed and hydrated. And they explained the geography, flora and fauna, and history. All in all they added sooooooo much value and enjoyment to our trek.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
It's not a walk in the park by any stretch. The first day alone could easily be the most hiking some people have ever done. I recommend more advice during pre-planning to train more.
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
Reinforced how much my husband and I enjoy South America. Seeing this part of the world was extremely cool and eye-opening,
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
Overall everything worked out exactly as planned and expected. I thought the planning process could have been more personal and attentive. Often I wasn't sure if I was communicating with a person, a bot, a group of customer service people. My messages sent through the adventure planner didn';t seem to go anywhere, to anyone. This was frustrating. The free planning overview webinar was extremely helpful and well-done.

Very.
