What was your most memorable moment?
It was great to be out of internet range for a few days to completely relax. Even when I arrived at the estancia it felt as if walking onto a movie set. The peace and quiet and absolutely vast landscapes during the ride were mesmerizing. Felt one with nature

Tell us about Nibepo Aike
The room at thr estancia was so much more than I had expected. Very large and luxurious and full of light. Wish I could have spent longer.
Tell us about the Horseriding
FEEDBACK Our guide Juan was fabulous. He too really good care of the horses, kept checking them at every stop, going from horse to horse. He also took excellent care of all of us, was considerate and gave good information before departure. He rode carefully and always checking with everyone. He is also an excellent cook and managed to whip up some amazing dinners in the middle of nowhere. We were told it would just be slow pace but that was mot yhe case. We trotted quite a bit - I think it depends on the group he has.
Something Else?
Suggestion: i was picked up at 17:30 on my first day and arrived at the Estancia after 18:30 when I was then told I could take a bike or hike around. It was far too late by that time to do much of course. Would have been great to be picked up much earler to spend more time at the estancia and exploring the beautiful surroundings. From the description it saud Option 1 and Option 2 for the third day. Maybe a translation error from the Spanish. As in fact Option 2 would only come inyo place as an alternative and only if option 1 (the boat & glacier tour) was not available. When booking, it sounded as if I had a choice between that tour and another day riding (which I would have preferred) It might make sense to slowly slowly bring more equipment to la Rosada to make it more comfy (some sheepskins to sleep or sit on) . We were lucky and had good weather but if you have to spend more time inside it becomes vital.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
The westher is truly unpredictable. You can have snow and sun in one day and the winds can be violent. Dress in layers. Also the saddlebags we were given were quite large. Good idea to have one side with things one miggt need for the ride (bring a waterbottle - you can refill at streams)
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
Yes- gave me time to reflect upon life and that I need to make some changes!

How prepared and excited for Patagonia did you feel?
Very Alao for the below questions, I have put not interested in travelling to Arctic or Antarctic simply because I work on ships which go there - so no hard feelings!
