At one point before the trip, we received a link to an itinerary (not via the portal) and I thought this was the source of truth for the itinerary, but then it turns out that some things had changed if I logged into the portal. I think that the existence of this itinerary was confusing, since it wasn't clear which was more accurate. Additionally, the instructions for the penguin excursion were confusing. It would have been helpful if the hotel was notified of the plan.

Great staff, good food! We were confused about tipping at dinner. The guides were fantastic, as were the excursions.
