Don't underestimate sunscreen and chapstick.
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
This is the first time I've ever done a group tour for a hike, and I would definitely do it again through Swoop.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
After we sent you our flight information, the briefing meeting was scheduled for only 10 minutes after we landed. We were an hour late the the briefing which was stressful. I'd recommend making sure that any briefings are held with enough time for everyone to get there.
How prepared and excited for Patagonia did you feel?
I was a little anxious going into the trip because I wasn't sure how physically taxing it would be for me. Once I was there and talking with our guide, my nerves were quickly put at ease.
