Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
I felt the webinar was too general and not specific. No mention of possible seasickness for instance and I thought before we left we would get a roundup of everything ? Never received and the website was so cumbersome, It took me a long time to find the person to talk to. When we got on the boat we looked for other “swoopers ” but no such thing.
How prepared and excited for Patagonia did you feel?
We were looking forward to it and am glad of the itinerary that Chloe prepared for us. I felt after that, Swoop was rather meaningless to us.
