What was your most memorable moment?
Actually getting to see pumas in the wild. We saw 3 different cats with our guide and tracker combo, Susanne and Marcial.

Great holiday
On a scale of 0 to 10, how likely is it that you would recommend Swoop to a friend or colleague?
10 out of 10
On a scale of 0 to 10, how would you rate your trip: Puma Tracking from a Luxury Lodge?
10 out of 10
Tell us about Torres del Paine
Hotel Las Torres was perfect for where we wanted to be within the park for hiking and centrally located to the ranch for puma trekking. The only downside was the guide, Susanne, had to commute into the park each day for about 1.15 hours since we chose the luxury lodge option. It would be great if Hotel Las Torres provided discounted rooms to locals / guides / tourism. I know that isn't a Swoop issue... just a comment on the park.
Tell us about the Wildlife
Susanne was amazing. Very knowledgeable. She answered all our questions. We completed 4 game drives for the pumas and saw them on two different drives. Would absolutely recommend her for future treks. Marcial was also an amazing tracker who found 3 different pumas for us to view.
Something Else?
Overall, great trip, great planning, great communication with Swoop. The only additional comment I have is about the full-board options versus half-board. We chose the half-board option at the lodge for non-puma trekking days because I had been to Torres Del Paine before. I believe Swoop prefers full-board options with guided tours each day. However, half-board was the better option for us since I'd previously been, and I wanted flexibility to hike based on the weather. There was a bit of pushback on this half-board option at first. So, just a thought / consideration for future itineraries - especially if someone has been to this area before and needs a bit of flexibility in the itinerary.
