Tell us about the Trekking
It was fantastic. Glad we didn't go when super busy. First week of March perfect week I think as maybe you can tie in the penguins ..
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
I wish I could remember the first guys name we connected with... He did great job. I think if I had to do it all over again I would go to the dessert area first than Pat Camp then go south to see the king penguins. El Calafate and El Chaften were interesting but definitely El Chaften for hiking addicts... Calafate and the glacier I am not sure the 2 nights is worth the gamble of weather but def a beautiful sight... I think the most important thing is to really pick your guests with a ton of questions at the very beginning..,
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
I don't know what you mean... it was a fantastic experience and would highly recommend the trip.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
I think just to make sure your coordination is as smooth as possible. A bit frustrating with I'll get back with you in 24-48 hours not knowing whether you really got the messages. But all in all Marcela did a great job coordinating it all..
How prepared and excited for Patagonia did you feel?
I was prepared.. I packed correctly
