Amazing scenery. Camp Frances to be avoided (dark, steep, 'closed in ' feeling but was our only option as next camp closed already for the winter
Tell us about the Trekking
We had Ian who was knowledgeable, good English, supportive. A criticism from the group I heard a few times was his poor time management - we consistently left later than he said we would. And on the first day, I think it was negligent to start a 4 hour hike from Ecocamp when he knew bad weather was coming. We could have left much earlier. We walked into a snow blizzard and only arrived at Seron at 8.30 at night. It was unnecessary if we'd left an hour or so earlier. The snow was bad enough that the O trail was closed that night and we had to turn back to Ecocamp - no problem, out of Ian's control.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
Check your waterproofing - boots and jacket. We had to walk through water a lot on the path and you really must make sure you have completely waterproof gear.

Excellent support team - excellent tips and information, videos etc
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
I'm happy to have completed the hiking we could do with no mishaps! I didnt like that first afternoon/evening hiking through the snow!
