Tell us about Torres del Paine
It was amazing to see. Definitely not a disappointment. I enjoyed taking the time to sit and look at its beauty.
Tell us about the Trekking
I enjoyed it. Definitely challenging and appreciated that despite being the slowest there was ample time for me to catch up and still learn about the environment.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
Winter is a great time to go as its a chance to get to really know your guide and more peaceful as there is not a lot of people traffic. Definitely take the advice the the guides give you in terms of what to pack. Important to bring your own painkillers or anything else you need to assist yourself for muscle or joint strains etc. Try to do some hikes beforehand to build strength.
Has your experience changed your perspective in any way?
Its definitely made me want to do more natural hikes.
Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
No.
How prepared and excited for Patagonia did you feel?
I felt exited and nervous. I am not sure how prepared I felt as I was just not sure what to anticipate with the beauty of it all.
