What was your most memorable moment?
I had many memorable moments, but the landscape made lasting impressions on me, the beauty, serenity and strength of the mountains and glaciers was majestic! Our guides were fabulous and kept our spirits up on this multi-day trek! We were immensely lucky to be able to hike in gorgeous weather which made the scenery even more impressive. It was a wonderful trip overall!

The last hotel in Punta Arenas was under construction and it was quite disruptive to our room, I would recommend Swoop to check if there are current construction plans prior to sending guests to hotels to minimize guest disruptions.
Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
Be prepared! But also we packed too many snacks, our guides and the trek that swoop booked us with provided plenty of food! Save space in your bag for clothes and other items.

Do you have any recommendations for Swoop, or feedback about the team?
Great W trek program! A couple communication issues could be improved regarding first last hotels. Last hotel was under construction during stay, it was a little disruptive.
How prepared and excited for Patagonia did you feel?
Extremely excited! I felt very prepared after watching all the videos provided by swoop.
