Overall, how was your trip?
The highlight was definitely the W trek through Torres Del Paine. The hikes from El Chalten were also very good. The views and landscapes were probably the best I’ve seen and the biggest surprise was how good and hot the weather was!
In one sentence, what did you think of Patagonia? Did it live up to your expectations?
It definitely exceed expectations, very happy I chose to go.

How was the service that Swoop provided?
I’m pleased we spoke to Swoop and their recommendations and advice definitely helped and was accurate. I would recommend to other people if they were going to Patagonia.
How did you feel about booking directly with our partner(s)?
The partner in Chile was helpful and arranged everything as we had hoped. Once in contact with the partner in Chile we didn’t really need any support from Swoop as everything was taken care of.

How was your W trek in Torres del Paine?
The highlight of the trek was seeing the towers on the first day after a tough climb, but the views and landscape was spectacular for the whole trip. Our guide was excellent and definitely made the trip more fun. The accomodation and transport was fine. The only disappointment was that we couldn’t ice hike t kayak at the end due to weather / equipment problems, so it be good to advise that these maybe available weather dependent.

Do you have any tips or advice for other people planning a trip to Patagonia?
Only advice would be to make sure you visit both Torres Del Paine and El Chaltén as both are spectacular and make sure you have at least 10 days to fit everything in!
