Overall, how was your trip?
Trip was AMAZING! Our guide, Pablo was incredible, and are group was wonderful. One of the best trips I've ever taken!

Patagonia far exceeded my expectations.

How was the service that Swoop provided?
Swoop service was excellent, very communicative and responsive. I was pleased with the trip, reservations, and overall service Swoop provided.
How did you feel about booking directly with our partner(s)?
Booking directly worked well. The Chile Nativo staff were very helpful. The only thing that could have been done differently would be to not offer an upgraded room at the French Domes (night 2). As we found out, private rooms are not offered there. I am hoping we will get a refund for the upgrade we paid for, but did not receive.
